Our experience with a small primary bathroom remodel by Tile Center was outstanding. Nader listened to us, offered helpful suggestions, and put together a proposal that met our needs and budget. He and the team (Thomas, Sam, and Justin) were professional and friendly and made sure that all the materials arrived before any work started so there wouldn't be any delays once the project began. The entire process -- from planning to demolition to clean-up -- went smoothly and we're thrilled with the results. We're looking forward to the second bathroom project beginning soon.

Our old, dark and small master bedroom was turned into a beautiful, modern bathroom full of light and color thanks to Joe Rasul and his team. At the end of our first visit, after listening to our ideas, and adding excellent suggestions, Joe had the bathroom totally sketched with beautiful tiles, door, and accesories I had not thought about before, I love Tile Center's quality products.
Tamas, Justin and Samuel, Joe's wonderful team, were very professional, friendly and punctual and extremely hard working. The quality of their workmanship, even the smallest of details, was excellent, they took pride in their work results. They were in constant communication with Joe, either by phone or contract Joe's constant visits. Joe was a pleasure to work with, such a gentleman, He had an excellent working relationship with the team and I think this also contributed to such outstanding results from the beginning to the end of the project.

This is our second time using the Tile Center and working with Joe Rasul. We are beyond pleased once again. Joe is so professional and his customer service skills and communication are exceptional. This is becoming a rarity in todays world. I would highly recommend this company. Our porcelain tile work is of the highest quality, and the gentleman who installed it was so meticulous. All of the installers and carpenters the company has sent to our house have been top notch. We will be using the company again for future work.

I highly recommend Tile Center for three reasons: excellent quality of workmanship, attentive customer service, and expert design assistance.

We first used Tile Center in 2010 to have the walk-in shower in our owner's bathroom retiled. The work was done very well with lots of attention from the manager, Frank Merrikh.

Fast forward to 2021/2022: Tile Center replaced the vanities—cupboards and sinks—for our powder room and owner's suite in our 28-year-old house. We received thoughtful assistance in choosing the various pieces and parts, including help with color and design, as well as solid advice on "do this, not that" kind of thinking. And while there were significant delays due to the ever-present supply chain issues, Frank kept us informed through regular emails. We always knew what was going on.

The workmen in our home were all polite, respectful of our house, and best of all extremely competent. When I suggest that a towel ring be moved higher than originally installed, he cheerfully said "no problem" and did it.

I chose Tile Center to replace my sunroom's tired peel-and-stick vinyl tile flooring with real porcelain tile, and I'm thrilled with the result. Joe immediately impressed me with his expertise and can-do attitude, and he was a pleasure to work with throughout the job. He guided me to the perfect tile selection, ensured the tile was laid in the herringbone pattern we'd discussed, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the grout color and other installation details. Dennis the installer did a beautiful, professional job; he was on time every day and is extremely neat and hard working. Another thing that impressed me is that Tile Center uses the latest underlayment and grout materials in their tile installations, which resulted in the perfect outcome for my job. My only complaint is that my job took a while to get underway, but after it was started the installer was here all day every day until completion. So in retrospect, the start delay was a relatively minor hiccup when compared to the result, which turned out to be worth the wait. I wouldn't hesitate to consider Tile Center for any future tiling jobs I have.

Frank was our project manager for the small bathroom renovation at the top of our stairs in Montgomery Village, MD. The bathroom is now very beautiful with a new higher toilet, new ceiling fan; but most importantly, the tiles on the walls and the floor which was done perfectly. A new sink and new cabinet was placed perfectly in the room even with the small space. The entire bathroom is beautiful. The bathtub was also refinished and looks very nice. The renovation was done with experts who were able to complete the job within our timeframe. Thank you!!

I wish I could add extra stars to this review and specifically to Tushar Irani. I’ve wanted to remodel my two full bathrooms for years ! Finally, faced with putting the house up for sale, I began researching and talking with various sources and remodelers. Tile Center has been around for years and that tells you a lot: they didn’t pop up overnight and they will be there long after your project is completed. Better yet, they have Tushar Irani, who worked closely with me to keep the project within my budget and ensure that the materials I ultimately selected -- for the walls, floors and vanities -- came together to produce a beautiful result. Tushar never made me feel pressured and his knowledge of materials allowed me to get more for my money. Tushar quietly guided me through everything – from the big decisions to the color of the grout! I simply could not be happier with the results. Both of my bathrooms are beautiful and each is different from the other, which I especially like. They added to the value of my house and I only wish I had done this earlier, so I had more time to enjoy these baths!

We purchased Karndean Lancewood flooring and Stain Master carpet and were very happy with our purchase. Frank at the Tile Center helped greatly to show us our options. They provided no contact delivery of the flooring which we installed ourselves. They installed stair carpet and padding and the end product was beautiful. The installer worked with us for no contact installation during the pandemic as well!

Miguel did an EXCELLENT job installing the flooring in my kitchen and basement rec room. He was polite and professional. Area of work was clean.

We had a phenomenal experience with Tile Center! Frank oversaw our project (complete overhaul of a formerly dark and dingy small master bath) and was SO hands-on. He helped us make product selections (we have no design sense haha) and his suggestions were spot on. The contractors working on the individual aspects of the project were all skilled, courteous, and punctual. They did a wonderful job. Frank kept us informed every step of the way, frequently texting/calling to chat and stopping by to check on progress. Our bathroom is now bright and gorgeous. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would recommend Tile Center to anyone!

Joe was very helpful in our complete do-over of our 1979 master bath shower.
The showroom had the best displays of sample showers, fixtures and tiles.
We were pleased with the quality of the materials as well as the workmanship.

The Tile Center replaced wall-to-wall rugs on two separate floors for us and reconfigured our master bathroom shower and tile. The experience couldn't have been performed better. The supervising manager Frank did what he said his team would do, when they said they would do it, with excellent workmanship and as courteously as possible. Their price was excellent. Hats off for a great job.

The Tile Center did an incredible job with my bathroom remodel. I attended a complimentary seminar on remodeling that was given by Tushar Irani. He did such a thorough presentation that I decided to meet with him to see what would be involved in remodeling my bathroom. He was a complete professional during the design process and provided assistance and guidance as needed but let me lead the planning based on my needs and style. I got a competitive quote and the pricing was similar but Tushar put in the time and really helped me understand everything about their process. The other company was more vague. The seminar was an excellent tool that assisted in this process as well.

They completed the job at the agreed price and in a timely manner. All of the workers were respectful of my home, time and were excellent communicating next steps. I am in love with my new bathroom and would highly recommend Tushar and his team for your next project.

Frank and his team did a superb job with the remodel of a small bathroom in our apartment. There were challenges in working in an old building, and they met the challenges every step of the way. Everything from the tile choice to the expertise in laying the tile and installing the bathroom fixtures went beautifully. I recommend the Tile Center

Tile Center has performed two home improvement projects for us. The first job they performed was a complete remodel of our master bathroom. This was a comprehensive job, and included replacement and relocation of the shower and toilet. It also included the addition of a new closet, new cabinets, and a make-up counter. Tile Center recently completed a second, albeit smaller job for us: replacement of the floor and sink in our laundry room.

We are very satisfied with the results of both projects. One of the things that satisfied us about Tile Center was the active management of the projects.

For both of our projects, we were guided and assisted by Mr. Tushar Irani, the manager of the project. Mr. Irani and Tile Center managed the projects very effectively, and communicated with us regularly to provide status updates, etc. They were also very responsive to our questions and any concerns we may have had. We were treated with a high level of respect and professionalism for both projects.

One of the things that we believe sets Tile Center apart from other firms offering similar services is the efficient and thorough management of their projects. One of the main reasons we selected Tile Center a second time was because of the effective project management processes they follow. We are very pleased with the new Family Room maple floors that Frank's team installed. It was a tricky installation in a modern house with lots of unusual angles and challenges but Frank spent the time to detail a good plan and the installation team led by Luis was really skilled and professional. I will use them again in the future.

There are many remodeling services you can use in the metropolitan area, but none will give you the excellent service, quality and assurance that's offered by Tile Center. I needed to replace tiles and could not find them in my local tile stores - and nobody locally offered to help. I found Tushar Iranian through the main Villeroy & Boch website number. I could not have been happier with Tushar's assistance. Tushar was able to match the tiles that my local tile experts were not able to - even sent me pictures of the tile in the sunlight. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Tushar called me after the tile arrived to make sure there were no issues and that all looked great. There were no issues and the tile is perfect. Frank came out to provide a quote for my job. I needed to replace my old Formica counter tops with granite and replace the old 70's tile back splash with stone. I liked that Tile Center would be responsible for all the work (Counters, back splash, and plumbing) and I didn't have to act as the general contractor and coordinate 3 different companies myself. I stopped in at the Gaithersburg location to pick out the materials and was very happy with the selection available. Frank took his time and showed many samples to help in deciding the materials. I chose a rather unique combination of granite counter tops and stone back splash. The materials came in within a reasonable period of time and they came out to do the installs. They worked quickly and had the job done in a couple of days. The job turned out great and can be seen on the Tile Center website "Gallery".

Frank and entire crew did a fantastic job renovating our bathroom sink area. It met all our expectations and we are enjoying it every day. The work done was of high quality including the painting. We have had two projects completed by the Tile Center. The first was our Master Bathroom which had all white ceramic tile which was cracking and very difficult to keep clean. Frank helped us select tile and design the bathroom and the new shower. His service was amazing. The bathroom looks great and is easy to maintain. In fact the Tile Center did such a great job that we asked them to do new counters and backsplash in our kitchen. A problem arose when we realized that small section of the cabinets were not level. This required the Tile Center's installers to move the molding and close the gap between the drawer and counter. Frank looked at the issue and quickly resolved it. The Tile Company staff put in new molding and closed the gap beautifully. We highly recommend Frank and The Tile Center. Great Work, Reliable, and they come when they say they will!

We just completed a complete master bathroom renovation with Tile Center and we're very, very happy. They did an amazing job. Tile Center handled every aspect of the job: demolition, drywall, paint, tile, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, fixtures, lighting, etc. Joe Rasul was a pleasure to work with. He worked with us through the design process, giving us great advice based on his experience. He came out to the house during the consultation, took measurements, and managed the project from start to finish. We decided to install a new spa tub in one of our bathrooms, and Fred handled the job expertly from start to finish. He advised us on our choice of tubs, removed the old porcelain tub, installed the new tub, and rebuilt and re-tiled the surround for us. The bathroom looks better than ever, thanks to Fred. He is knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

I have Worked with Frank for several years now, I value his opinion about Tile, flooring & hard woods for our home, our home is traditional & Stately, so I needed some one with an eye for beauty. Tile Center has put Hard woods on my stairs, tile through out my first level, wood flooring in my basement & just this week on the 5th & 6th of September we installed new tile in my laundry room, I am extremely pleased!!! Awesome customer service. Joe works relentlessly to make sure you are happy. We remodeled our bathroom through Tile Center. Joe helped us pick the material and while they did the install he visited almosted everyday to make sure everything was as planned. Tamas did a beautiful work installing tiles. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

We had issues with the drywall behind the shower falling apart and mold getting into the insulation, etc., as a result. After shopping around, we asked Frank, Joe and their team at the Tile Center to redo our master bathroom. It was a big project and took several weeks to complete. The team worked diligently, coming every day on time and responding promptly to requests we made.

Now, we have a gorgeous new master bath. It looks and functions great.

Our master bathroom was built in 1978 - and looked it. We needed to remove an old tub surround and replace it with an updated shower, and the flooring had to be entirely ripped out and redone. We also needed new cabinets and a water-saving toilet. With Mr. Farzin Merrikh's expert help, we selected a beautiful and sophisticated tile for the floor and the shower. Mr. Merrikh kept us informed at every stage of the job, from when the tile would arrive, to who would be at the house and what they would do each day of the installation. Even though he would receive photographs of daily progress, he came out personally many times to see for himself that the work was done to his and our expectations. The Tile Center crew was always timely, very polite and gracious, and cleaned up each day before they left - a real pleasure to have in our house. Our new master bath is simply gorgeous. We plan on hiring the Tile Center again to remodel another bathroom and replace our kitchen flooring, and would not even dream of working with anyone but Mr. Merrikh again. We could not be happier with this outcome and look forward to the next project. We definitely recommend the Tile Center for your remodel.

After waterproofing, we needed to replace SOME of the tile in our basement. Anthony was our point of contact (POC); We called and scheduled and estimate appointment and were provided an price and timeframe (2 days). We delayed the appointment for a few weeks due to our availability. We scheduled for April 17th, but due to a conflict we were rescheduled for April 20th. Antonio arrived on time for the appointment and worked diligently for the entire day. He finished a day earlier than the estimate. Both our sales POC (who was scheduled for an estimate on another job) and the owner stopped by to check the quality of work and progress. Antonio also left us a tile sample at my request and a piece of tile for the storage room after the dry wall appointment by another vendor.

As referenced above, we were so happy with Antonio and the Tile Center that we had an estimate done to remodeled our master bathroom…but that is for another review.
