Coverage Scope

Under this program, homeowners can request minor adjustments, including:

• Cabinet realignment
• Carpet re-stretching
• Filling missing grout
• Re-caulking

Extensive fixes, refurbishments, or replacements are not covered.

Eligibility and Transfer Policy

This program is exclusively for the original homeowner but can be transferred to the next property owner. However, it does not extend to rental or commercial properties.

Exclusions

The program does not apply to:

• Issues caused by improper handling, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
• Natural aging beyond minor touch-ups
• Properties designated for rental or commercial use
• Regular maintenance tasks or cleaning

Duration of Coverage

Support is available for the expected lifespan of the products and services, based on manufacturer warranties and industry standards. The specific duration will be confirmed upon project completion.

Amendments and Termination

We reserve the right to update or discontinue this program at any time. Participants will receive at least 30 days' notice regarding any significant modifications or termination.

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility under this program is limited to the specified minor touch-ups. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential issues resulting from the use or unavailability of these services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland.
