Online Return/Refund Policy
Tile Center understands that something may happen along the way and you may need to return your order. While we try to accomodate to the needs of every customer, please note that there are costs and conditions associated with the return process, and sometimes we may be unable to process a return request. Before you place your order, please read our return policy and check to which return policy group the product you are purchasing belongs to.
Group A - Return Policy
Applies to tile, LVT, hardwood, thinset/mortar, samples and special orders.
- No returns allowed after 30 days.
- No returns allowed on samples.
- Some flooring has a no return policy, which is set forth by the manufacturer or the distributor. Call 855-377-3120 or email our customer service at info@tilecenters.com if additional details are needed prior to making a purchase.
- No returns on Special Orders (i.e. Custom material, out of stock products, discontinued products).
- Returns accepted only on 4 cartons or more for flooring material.
- Any returned cartons must be factory sealed. You would not receive any credit for opened cartons.
- All returns require an authorization number from our office prior to making a return. You can get a return authorization up to 30 days of the receipt of your order.
- Material to be returned would have to be brought to a designated freight terminal, UPS location or warehouse once a return authorization is issued.
- You would be responsible to pay the return shipping charge on any returns.
- Once our vendor receives returned material, we will issue you a credit or a refund. This process usually may take from 1 to 6 weeks from the date the material was received.
- Return and refund policy terms described here apply only to orders placed for the online products and are listed in the website.
Group B - Return Policy
Applies to Grout, Cleaners, Sealents that are NOT special orders from the Manufacturer.
FOR RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE:
- Products:Please send your order back in the same condition as you received, after arrival and inspection, you will receive your product refund.
- Shipment: Shipping charges are non refundable.
- Defects/Damages: All orders are inspected prior shipping, if you think your product may be damaged or missing something, please contact us before sending it back. We can help you determine if in fact the product needs to be returned or if it is ok for use, saving you time and money. Several construction/DIY products may look damaged/used when they are not, manufacturer's information about their products and how to check if they are unused is available online or by phone, you can contact them directly.
FOR RETURNS OVER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE:
Applies to Grout, Cleaners, Sealents that are NOT special orders from the Manufacturer.
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days from purchase. Exceptions may apply, please message us with your specific case.
- All returns that are over 30 days and that were accepted by Aladdin Outlet customer service, are charged $15 per box returned for the cost of the return shipment plus 10% of the product price as a restock fee.
- Products: Once your return has been authorized, please send your order back in the same condition as you received, after arrival and inspection, you will receive your product refund.

- Returns are NOT automatically accepted, authorization from Tile Center Customer Service is required.
- Returns are not accepted after 60 days from purchase, no exceptions.
If you think you will have a use for your product in a close future, keeping it may be more cost effective for you.
