Online Return/Refund Policy

Tile Center is always more than willing to do anything to satisfy a customer. Please be informed: in most cases, the price of your new flooring is at wholesale cost and will save you a lot of money. If you have 1 to 3 cartons of material left over when your flooring job is complete, it is recommended you keep them in the event you need to do a repair, and in the case that flooring is no longer available.

  • No returns allowed after 30 days.
  • No returns on accessories (trim, underlayment, glue, cleaners etc.).
  • No returns on ceramic tile products.
  • Some flooring has a no return policy, which is set forth by the manufacturer or the distributor. Call 855-377-3120 or email our customer service at if additional details are needed prior to making a purchase.
  • Returns accepted only on 4 cartons or more for flooring material.
  • Any returned cartons must be factory sealed. You would not receive any credit for opened cartons.
  • All returns require an authorization number from our office prior to making a return. You can get a return authorization up to 30 days of the receipt of your order.
  • Material to be returned would have to be brought to a designated freight terminal once a return authorization is issued.
  • You would be responsible to pay the return shipping charge on any returns.
  • Once our vendor receives returned material, we will issue you a credit or a refund. This process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks from the date the material was received.
  • Return and refund policy terms described here apply only to orders placed for the online products and are listed in the website.

In any case you decide to return part of, or your entire order, you would be responsible to pay the *actual original freight charge, the return freight charge, and any applicable restocking fee which is 25% of the order.
